I feel very blessed that all 3 of my books have hit the Amazon Bestseller list. Not because I can call myself a bestselling author but because I know that I've been able to effectively help groups of people navigate the worlds of brand strategy, social / mobile media, communications and critical marketing. My personal opinion is the Twitter is the most important of the social resources on the Internet so I focus a lot of my time and training there, but I also have substantial experience across the board in social. I have extensive experience with social/mobile/digital, reputation management, corporate operations, communications, marketing, sales, brand management, strategic analysis/intelligence and business planning and often have the pleasure of speaking on these things at business meetings, conferences and seminars.
